The sky comes alight with actinic light. (song..the hills are alive)

Painted gold

Fan Dance (Can Can)

Marshmallow world

La tarantella

The Blues Brothers

New York, New York

New York, New York (the fans spray from right to left, one after another.

Cherry bomb

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's Amore! (see the hearts?)

I think it is a Canadian sort of thing....fireworks set to music. The format was invented in Montreal some 14 years ago, and has spread around the world since.

Last night was Italy's turn to compete against the worlds' best. I am gobsmacked.

Thanks Lorne for suggesting it.

I love fireworks! The smell of them, the sight of the big ones, When I was little I used to think they were for me, because my birthday was around the July 4th holiday and we always had the whole bbq and 'oh while we're at it let's have Cara's birthday too'.... silly what kids put together.
