Ingres's version.This is Karen, wearing Sam's armour. Its guy armour, but she looks pretty good in it.
Just love Ingres....even with the wasp waist which was the fashion of the time, the armour is very.......um.........iconographic. (Kinda nice to use that word about a saint's fashion choices...its sort of appropirate.......grin!)
One is NOT a copy of the other; the similarities are kind of neat though.
