Many dead on local highways....2 huge (thirty car) pile ups on the 417. Countless fender benders. It was like the movie "Day after Tomorrow" out there, with a 15 degree drop in under an hour.

Wow. That is awful to hear of so many accidents. Thankfully, we have not had to much ice this year for a change (knock on wood.)
This was stupid weather. Like really stupid.
I wish I could beat it with a crowbar. :D
I think it is plausible to beat ice with a crowbar. It may be therapuedic!
